How it works
From request to invoice — every step of an on-site visit
Accountee sends a verified accountant to your office in Mumbai for the hours you book. You pay only after someone accepts, and every visit starts and ends with your own code.

4
Visit day
The accountant taps "I've arrived" between 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the start time. You show the start code from your account.

Extra time, if needed
The accountant can ask for 1–4 more hours. You approve and pay, or decline.
What happens next: the end time moves, or stays as booked.
-
6
Finish and rate
Read the work log. If it is right, show the end code. Rate the visit within 7 days.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay when I send a booking request?
No. You pay only after a verified accountant accepts. If nobody accepts within 48 hours, the request closes and nothing is charged.
How do I know the accountant actually worked the hours?
The visit starts only when the accountant enters a 6-digit code shown in your account, and ends only when they enter a second code that you share after reading their work log. Codes expire after 10 minutes and lock after 5 wrong tries.
Can I book the same accountant every week?
Yes. Weekly bookings repeat on the same weekday and time for up to 4 weeks. You can untick holiday dates, and request a replacement accountant for the remaining visits if needed.
What if the work takes longer?
The accountant can request 1 to 4 extra hours from inside the visit. You approve and pay, or decline. The visit must still end by 9:00 PM.
Which software do your accountants use?
They work on your computers and your software — commonly TallyPrime, Busy, Zoho Books and Excel. Tell us your software in your profile so we can match the right person.
