Hourly pricing for on-site accountants in Mumbai
You pay the accountant's fee plus Accountee's platform fee. GST, when applicable, is charged only on the platform fee. You see the full price before you send a request, and you pay only after an accountant accepts.

- Cancel 24 hours or less before: the accountant keeps 50% of their fee for that visit; the rest is refunded.
- Accountant doesn't arrive, or Accountee cancels: full refund.
- No accountant accepts your request, or you don't pay in time: nothing is charged.
Frequently asked questions
How is the hourly price made up?
You pay the accountant's fee plus Accountee's platform fee. For a Junior accountant that is ₹175 + ₹75 = ₹250 per hour. GST is not charged while Accountee is not registered under GST; once registered, it applies only to the platform fee.
Is there a minimum booking?
Junior and Senior visits are at least 3 hours; Executive visits are at least 2 hours. Visits are in whole hours and must end by 9:00 PM.
What does a 3-hour Junior visit cost?
₹750 in total: ₹525 accountant fee and ₹225 platform fee. The exact amount, including any GST in force, is shown before you send the request.
What happens if I cancel?
More than 24 hours before the visit you get a full refund. Within 24 hours the accountant keeps 50% of their fee for that visit and the rest is refunded.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice from Accountee for the platform fee and a receipt for the accountant fee. Add your GSTIN in your profile to have it printed on the invoice.
